Corporate Solicitor

We are currently recruiting a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (minimum 1 year PQE) to join a busy and growing Corporate and Commercial department based in Dublin.

This is a full-time, on-site role and represents an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who has trained and/or gained post-qualification experience in a medium to large firm and is now looking to take the next step in their career within a high-performing, supportive team.

• Advise on a broad range of general corporate and commercial matters
• Work on M&A transactions, including due diligence and transaction support
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and shareholders’ agreements
• Assist senior colleagues on complex corporate transactions
• Conduct legal research and provide practical, solution-focused advice
• Manage files efficiently while meeting tight deadlines
• Liaise directly with clients and external stakeholders
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and team-driven department

• A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in Corporate or Commercial law
• Experience gained within a corporate/commercial practice, ideally in a medium or large firm
• Highly organised with strong time-management skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop technically and professionally
• A strong team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
• Capable of working independently while knowing when to seek guidance
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
• Commercially aware with a solutions-focused mindset
