A mid‑to‑large law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team.

• Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys handling complex litigation matters.
• Prepare, edit, and finalize pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Handle state and federal e‑filing with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, binders, and court filings.
• Maintain case files, calendars, and attorney schedules.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a mid‑size or large law firm.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, including advanced formatting tools (Styles, Tables of Contents, and Tables of Authorities).
• Strong knowledge of federal court procedures and filings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
