They have clients in commercial and industrial sectors, the financial investor community, governments, regulators, trade bodies, and not-for-profit organisations.

Role Overview
The Houston office seeks transactional associate attorneys in the Firm's Corporate group. Experience in M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority / majority investments in the Energy & Infrastructure sector is strongly preferred.

Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience required. Preferred class years .
Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).
The salary range for this role is $350,000 to $450,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
