Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Houston, TX. The Associate Attorney will handle protests at the Appraisal District level and property tax litigation thereafter.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Property Tax law
- 2+ years of Property Tax Litigation experience
- Effective Legal Research skills to support case preparation and decision-making
- Exceptional Negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admittance to the Texas State Bar and in good standing
