We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casualty & Mass Tort Litigation Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a full-time, permanent position with a partnership track. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in casualty and mass tort litigation and will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex and high-stakes litigation matters.

• Manage a caseload of complex and high-stakes casualty and mass tort litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Attend court proceedings and depositions
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials as needed
• Stay current on industry trends and developments in casualty and mass tort law
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex cases
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and legal staff

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Texas State Bar
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in casualty and mass tort litigation
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a large caseload and work under pressure
• Proven track record of success in handling complex litigation matters
• Experience with trial preparation and participation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Previous experience in a top-tier law firm is preferred
