Commercial Litigation Attorney

As a Commercial Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a variety of complex commercial litigation matters for our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile cases and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and a desire to work towards partnership within the firm.

• Represent clients in all stages of commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and other court documents
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Participate in case strategy and development
• Manage a caseload and meet deadlines
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and support staff
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide exceptional service to clients

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas
• 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong knowledge of federal and state civil procedure
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Desire to work towards partnership within the firm
• Experience with business development and client relations is a plus
