Job Title: Bilingual Case Manager

Pay: $24-$28 per hour

Our client is seeking an experienced Bilingual Case Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and able to manage multiple cases while delivering exceptional service. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys to ensure cases progress efficiently and clients feel supported throughout the legal process.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and skills include, but are not limited to:
- Assist clients with medical provider coordination and appointment scheduling.
- Communicate with medical offices to obtain treatment updates and billing information.
- Review, organize, and summarize medical records.
- Maintain accurate and organized client case files and data management systems.
- Provide regular case status updates to clients in both English and Spanish.
- Serve as intermediary between clients and attorneys.
- Draft and manage correspondence with insurance adjusters and third parties.
- Track case milestones and follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Support attorneys with case preparation and documentation gathering.
- Deescalate stressful client situations through effective communication and active listening.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive and professional service.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a personal injury law firm or insurance setting.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury case flow and insurance processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional client service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Experience handling high-volume caseloads.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Team-oriented mindset.
