The RoleWe are seeking an experienced commercial litigation associate to join our team and work directly with the Managing Attorney and senior attorneys. This role requires the ability to manage matters from pre-litigation through trial with minimal supervision and a high degree of professionalism and accountability.
This is not a training role. This is a role for an attorney who already knows how to litigate and is prepared to own their work, their growth, and their results.
Compensation- Base Salary: $230,000 – $240,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Performance Bonus:
Eligibility for performance-based bonuses tied to collected revenue and clearly defined KPIs, with target total compensation exceeding base salary for high performers - Position:
Litigation Associate Attorney role with clear ownership expectations, structured onboarding and ramp support during the first 90–120 days, and long-term growth opportunity
