This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role located in Houston, TX. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal guidance, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, and representing clients in labor and employment law matters as well as other legal disputes. The role also includes engaging in negotiations, resolving legal issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in Law and Labor and Employment Law
• Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research
• Excellent Negotiation skills to effectively resolve legal disputes
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills in complex legal scenarios
• Bachelor’s degree in law (JD or equivalent) and a valid license to practice law in Texas
• Experience in litigation or trial work is a strong advantage
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
