Our client, an elite defense firm in Houston, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their casualty and mass tort practice group.
Will be assisting attorneys with all phases of litigation from case inception through case closure.
You will support attorneys throughout the full litigation lifecycle by preparing filings and exhibits, managing eDiscovery, drafting and responding to discovery, assisting with depositions, hearings, and mediations, summarizing transcripts and medical records, and maintaining case calendars, dockets, and deadlines.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of all facets of the litigation lifecycle.
