. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and is eager to contribute meaningfully from day one.

• Work alongside some of the top securities litigators in the country on high-stakes, complex matters that shape the financial services landscape.
• Tackle sophisticated commercial, business, and securities litigation matters.
• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, and regulatory proceedings before the SEC, FINRA, and state agencies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to financial services clients on litigation, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Draft persuasive, high-level motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Collaborate with a team in a supportive, dynamic, and friendly environment.

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in securities, business litigation, and banking law
• JD from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing in Texas.
• Demonstrable and proven arbitration experience – this is a must!
• Strong working knowledge of SEC, FINRA, RIA, and banking regulations.
• Sharp legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with confidence and ease.

Salary range $172,500 - $260,320 - The salary range does not guarantee, obligate, nor set expectations of an applicant s salary in the event of hire.
