Position

We seek a new to three-year attorney to join the firm as an associate. This role offers immediate involvement in active litigation matters, direct mentorship from experienced trial attorneys, and meaningful responsibility early in practice. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and committed candidate who is committed to building a litigation career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cases for trial and conduct trials
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
  • Analyze documents and support case strategy
  • Manage deadlines and court filings
  • Responsibilities will expand with experience and performance.
Required Qualifications
  • One to three yearlicensed Texas attorney or graduating in May 2026 and be eligible to sit for summer bar
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Demonstrated interest in civil litigation
  • Eligibility to sit for the Texas Bar Examination
