The Amaro Law Firm is a well-established and nationally recognized Plaintiff’s law firm based in Houston, Texas. For over 20 years, we have been dedicated to helping the injured and wronged in personal injury, insurance claims, and mass tort litigation.
The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Case Manager to join our high-energy legal team. This position offers significant opportunities for long-term career development within our growing practice.
Required Experience- 7+ years in personal injury case management
- Comprehensive case handling from treatment through settlement
- Expertise in demand letter preparation
- Advanced settlement negotiation skills
- Assisting clients with treatment coordination
- Client management and communication per Standard Operating Procedures
- Delivering 5-star, justice-driven service
- Ability to achieve KPI metrics
- Overseeing client treatment compliance and case progression
- Collaborating with attorneys on pre-litigation matters
- Conducting thorough case investigations and fact-finding
- Managing file organization and tracking
- Preparing and analyzing detailed reports
- Handling a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in a high-volume professional setting
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with effective deadline management
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with File Vine software
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology
- Expert-level settlement negotiation experience
- Punctual and reliable

- Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Overtime typically optional
