About the Role
This is an opportunity for the associate seeking court room and trial experience. Great mentoring and partnership track.
Responsibilities- Strong academics
- Prefer top of law school class
- At least three years of litigation experience; commercial litigation or insurance defense
- Appreciate candidates that know Texas litigation styles and technique
- Helpful if the candidate has experience in oil and gas, personal injury, products liability and other personal injury tort work
- Experience with contractual indemnity and insurance issues that come up in personal injury and property damage matters would also be helpful.
- Reports to all partners
- Busy, file to trial experience
- In office position with billables of 2,100
3-8 year Associate
Required Skills- Knowledge of Texas litigation styles
- Experience in oil and gas
- Experience in personal injury
- Experience in products liability
- Experience in contractual indemnity and insurance issues
