This is a full-time, on-site role in Houston, TX, for a Personal Injury Litigation Associate. The Associate will manage and support personal injury litigation cases, including drafting motions, conducting legal research, preparing and attending depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role involves active case management, collaboration with senior attorneys, and ensuring clients are well-informed throughout the litigation process.

• Proficiency in drafting and handling motions
• Experience with depositions and demonstrating courtroom confidence
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Texas State Bar
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Prior experience in personal injury law is preferred, but not required
