Republican Jobs is leading the search for a Litigation Associate Attorney to join a Houston-based law firm handling political and civil litigation matters. This role offers hands-on experience in Texas state and federal courts, direct collaboration with a supervising partner, and exposure to constitutional and regulatory litigation.

Job Duties:

• Appear in Texas state and federal courts independently.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Conduct and defend depositions and participate in hearings.
• Handle civil and regulatory litigation matters from inception.
• Manage assigned cases while collaborating closely with supervising partner.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3+ years practical state and federal litigation experience.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
• Experience in civil, regulatory, political, or constitutional litigation matters.
• Strong litigation fundamentals, including discovery, motions, and court appearances.
• Professional demeanor, confidence, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Salary: $100,000 to $165,000 base salary plus performance bonuses.
