Litigation Associate Attorney Opportunity – Houston, TX & Dallas, TX

My client, a nationally recognized litigation firm, is seeking Litigation Associates to join its Houston and Dallas offices. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who want meaningful work, trial exposure, and long-term career growth in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage litigation cases from start to finish with minimal partner oversight
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators and support staff

What They’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school; top third of class preferred
• 4+ years of litigation experience (trial experience a plus, not required)
• Practice Areas:
  Personal Injury & Insurance Defense
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage cases
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary:
• 2–3 years: $140,
• Senior Associates: $180,000+
• 401(k) with 6% match after 90 days
• Discretionary profit sharing
• Comprehensive health coverage (Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans)
• HSA contribution: $1,200 annually
• Generous PTO: 19–29 days based on tenure, rollover options available
