Our client, a premier global litigation powerhouse, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join an elite team featuring former SEC and DOJ attorneys. You will represent Fortune 500 companies and global financial institutions in high-profile federal securities class actions, derivative suits, SPAC-related disputes, SEC and regulatory enforcement, and professional liability matters. Candidates should have experience drafting pivotal pleadings, managing complex discovery, and leading internal investigations or SEC enforcement actions.

We are seeking a former or current DOJ lawyer, a federal clerk, and/or a BIGLAW litigator who can hit the ground running. Top of the market Cravath compensation.
