• Represent public agencies in state and federal litigation involving constitutional claims, torts, land use, environmental issues, and other complex matters
• Draft and argue motions, attend court hearings, and participate in depositions, mediations, and trials
• Provide strategic counsel to public clients on risk management and litigation strategy
• Work closely with city attorneys, general counsel, and agency boards
