Job Description

  • Seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team.
  • Be committed to providing high-quality legal services and advocating for clients' rights.
  • Represent clients in litigation matters, including trials, hearings, and mediations.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision.
  • Prepare for court appearances by organizing evidence and developing case strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and provide updates on case status.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex cases.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas such as patent law, securities law, and estate planning.
  • Manage case files efficiently and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings.

Requirements
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation processes and procedures.
  • Experience or familiarity with workers' compensation law, personal injury law, family law, patent law, securities law, or estate planning is preferred.
  • Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive documents.
  • Proficient in conducting legal research using various tools and resources.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective client interaction and courtroom representation.
  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements.
  • Must have ability to communicate and present; verbally, digitally, and in writing accurately and proficiently.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including real estate, business, and construction law.
  • Must have at least 15 trials as lead attorney.
  • This role requires exceptional legal research and drafting skills, as well as the ability to effectively represent clients in court.
