About Pines Federal Employment Attorneys
Pines Federal Employment Attorneys is a nationally recognized boutique litigation firm dedicated exclusively to representing federal employees in complex employment matters, including EEO discrimination and retaliation claims, MSPB appeals, Title 38 cases, OPM disability retirement, and federal grievances.
Founded by Eric L. Pines, Esq., who brings over 25 years of litigation experience, the firm has built a strong reputation for strategic, high-level advocacy in technically demanding federal-sector cases. We handle serious matters with professionalism and precision — and we do it well.
At the same time, we’ve built something rare: a high-performance environment that is also collaborative, energetic, and genuinely enjoyable. We are a growing firm with a big vision and real momentum. Because we are intentionally small, every team member plays a meaningful role. Your ideas matter. Your performance matters. Your growth matters.
This is not a place where you get lost in bureaucracy. It’s a place where you can sharpen your litigation skills, contribute strategically, build real expertise in a niche practice area, and grow alongside a firm that is expanding.
We operate with clear systems, measurable standards, and strong accountability — but we also value humor, teamwork, and pride in doing excellent work.
