Overview
The Houston, TX office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Transportation Practice.
Requirements- Admitted to practice in Texas.
- One (1) to fifteen (15) years of insurance defense experience handling matters involving heavy trucking/tractor trailer and cargo and freight carriers.
- Partnership opportunities considered for extensive relevant experience.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Draft initial pleadings and respond to discovery.
- Draft and argue motions.
- Take and defend depositions.
