Position Overview
MS Legal Search is seeking an Energy Attorney with 2‑5 years of prior energy transactional experience to join a top law firm in its Houston office. The practice focuses on upstream, midstream, and renewable mergers and acquisitions, energy agreements and contracts, and other general corporate matters.
Team & ResponsibilitiesThis position is for a small, close‑knit team and will entail strong responsibility and a hands‑on practice.
QualificationsStrong academic credentials are required. Relocating lawyers with Texas connections are welcome. Our attorneys come from an in‑house setting.
Compensation & LocationCompensation is $220,000 to $280,000 plus bonuses. This position is located in Houston, Texas (77002). Real path for partnership.
