Houston – Corporate Attorney (Mid–Senior Level)

I’m currently working on a growth opportunity with a leading international law firm looking to expand its Corporate team in Houston.

This role would suit a mid- to senior-level attorney (approximately 4–8+ years’ PQE) with strong experience in:

• M&A (public and/or private)
• Private equity transactions
• Joint ventures
• General corporate advisory matters

The Houston office is fully integrated into a highly regarded global platform, offering exposure to complex, cross-border transactions while maintaining a strong presence in the Texas market. You’ll work closely with well-regarded partners on sophisticated deals across energy, infrastructure, and broader private capital sectors.

• Big Law training or comparable high-level transactional experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• The ability to manage key components of transactions with appropriate supervision
• Texas bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)

• Lean teams with meaningful responsibility
• Top‑of‑market Texas compensation
