Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Support trial attorneys throughout active litigation.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and trial notebooks.
• Order, organize, and maintain medical records.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, and court filings.
• Manage litigation calendars and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
• Support senior paralegals and attorneys throughout the litigation process.
• Maintain organized electronic case files.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Trial preparation experience required.
• Experience ordering medical records.
• Strong understanding of Texas litigation procedures.
• Experience supporting attorneys through active litigation.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Stable work history.
