Join our leading biotechnology client as a trusted compliance partner supporting a growing commercial organization and a recently launched specialty pharmaceutical product.
In this remote and highly visible role, you will work directly with sales, marketing, market access, and commercial leadership teams to provide practical, business-focused guidance on healthcare compliance matters. This is an opportunity to be embedded with the business, helping teams navigate complex questions while driving compliant growth.
- Location: Remote within the United States
- Schedule: Part-time, 20/hours per week
- Duration: 3-6 months, with potential extension thereafter.
- Advise on healthcare fraud and abuse, Anti-Kickback Statute, and pharmaceutical code of conduct requirements.
- Partner with commercial, sales, marketing, and market access teams on day-to-day compliance questions.
- Support speaker programs, advisory boards, HCP engagements, patient speaker programs, and promotional activities.
- Evaluate fair market value (FMV), Open Payments/Sunshine Act, and transfer-of-value implications.
- Participate in recurring business meetings and provide practical, risk-based compliance guidance.
- Review funding requests, educational initiatives, and commercial business activities.
- Identify potential compliance risks and determine when escalation is appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while balancing business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Biotechnology or specialty pharmaceutical industry experience.
- At least 7 years experience supporting commercial pharmaceutical or biotechnology products.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute.
- Experience advising on speaker programs, HCP engagements, promotional review, and commercial compliance matters.
- Ability to provide clear, actionable guidance in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong judgment and confidence to independently advise stakeholders while recognizing issues that require escalation.

- Medicare and Medicaid-related compliance.
