Flexible (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). Role Overview:
Fresh by Spin Xpress is hiring a WDF Lead to support and execute our pickup & delivery laundry operations. This is a hands-on role focused on quality, consistency, and reliable execution while working closely with management. You will support laundry orders from pickup through delivery, coordinate daily workflows with management, and follow established processes. As order volume grows, you will help train and support additional laundry processors.

• Pick up and deliver customer laundry using a company vehicle
• Wash, dry, fold, and package orders to Fresh by Spin Xpress standards
• Ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and on-time completion of all orders
• Coordinate daily order flow and delivery routes with management
• Follow established quality checks and order release procedures
• Communicate issues or delays promptly
• Maintain an organized and efficient in-store workflow
• Track supplies and flag replenishment needs
• Assist with training laundry processors as volume increases
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the brand positively
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures

• Wash & Fold or similar laundry operations experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, carry, and load laundry bags up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Prior delivery or customer-facing experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and well organized
• Interest in growing into a lead role as the team expands

Compensation: $28,800 per year
