** Your Mission:
** As our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all purchasing, inventory, and logistics operations across our cabinetry facilities. You’ll lead vendor relationships, manage procurement and inventory systems, and implement strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support production needs. This is your chance to own the supply chain function and directly impact the performance of multiple sites through smart planning and leadership.
** What You’ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It):
*** Lead and mentor purchasing, inventory, and logistics staff to grow their skills and drive operational excellence.
* Manage procurement operations, negotiate and maintain vendor contracts, optimize purchasing costs, and ensure high-quality materials are delivered on time.
* Implement inventory management systems and strategies that balance production needs with cost efficiency, minimize waste, and improve turnover.
* Monitor supplier performance, track KPIs, enforce quality standards, and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliability and compliance.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives, streamline processes, improve data visibility, and integrate supply chain best practices across multiple locations.
* Collaborate cross-functionally, partner with production, engineering, and quality teams to align supply chain strategy with operational goals.
* Manage budgets and reporting, track supply chain costs, prepare forecasts, and maintain metrics to inform leadership decisions.

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
* 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in cabinetry, woodworking, or similar industries.
* Proven ability to lead and develop purchasing, inventory, and logistics teams.
* Strong experience in vendor management, procurement strategy, inventory optimization, and logistics planning.
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Net Suite, or similar) and inventory management tools.
