Client:
Refinery, supporting a turnaround
Location:
Texas City, TX
Duration: 6 mons and could go longer
Schedule:
7-4:30 (M-F). Extended hours during TAR, maybe 7-12s
- Expedite all equipment and materials purchased for the Turnaround.
- Collaborate with supply chain and vendors to resolve delays and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of order status and delivery timelines.
- Provide regular reporting on expediting activities to the Supply Chain team.
- Support pre-TAR and TAR phases with efficient communication and documentation.
- Produce TAR material status reporting from SAP raw data.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Previous experience in TAR expediting or supply chain roles is highly desirable.
