Position OverviewThe Community Standards Coordinator will maintain a high degree of customer service in all resident inquiries and interactions; answer phone calls and emails, and provide general information about HOA governing documents and violations.
What you’ll accomplish- Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
- Issue violations of the deed restrictions with specific reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
- Document, photograph and record all violations.
- Assist homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
- Prepare applications for the committee review.
- Professional and adaptable, demonstrating good time‑management and organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of business matters.
- Self‑motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Computer skills including strong working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service possible.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment and reliable means of transportation; a personal vehicle may be required to perform certain responsibilities.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the site as determined by the Community Manager, including possible evenings and weekends.
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
- CAM license preferred (Required in Florida, Georgia and Nevada within six months of hire).
- Mobility:
Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions. - Lifting and Carrying:
Occasionally lift and carry supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds. - Extended Sitting or Standing:
Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events. - Manual Dexterity:
Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices. - Driving:
Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions. MVR will be requested and reviewed at the time of hire and on a periodic basis thereafter to ensure a satisfactory driving status.

Driving RequirementsIf driving is or becomes a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
