Community Standards Coordinator

This community is your connection to outdoor living, with acres of lakes, golfing, parks and sidewalks amid a community of beautiful homes. All communities include playgrounds, tennis courts, pools, splash pads, basketball courts and a gym.

The Community Standards Coordinator will maintain a high degree of customer service in all resident inquiries and interactions; answer phone calls and emails, and provide general information about HOA governing documents and violations.

• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations of the deed restrictions with specific reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for the committee review.

• Professional and adaptable, demonstrating good time‑management and organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of business matters.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Computer skills including strong working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service possible.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment and reliable means of transportation; a personal vehicle may be required to perform certain responsibilities.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the site as determined by the Community Manager, including possible evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• CAM license preferred (Required in Florida, Georgia and Nevada within six months of hire).

• Mobility:
  Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
• Lifting and Carrying:
  Occasionally lift and carry supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Extended Sitting or Standing:
  Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
• Manual Dexterity:
  Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
• Driving:
  Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions. MVR will be requested and reviewed at the time of hire and on a periodic basis thereafter to ensure a satisfactory driving status.

You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
