This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Specialist based in Houston, TX. The Logistics Specialist will manage daily supply chain operations including transportation coordination, export logistics, and efficient inventory management. The position involves interacting with clients and vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations, maintaining compliance with regulations, and analyzing data to optimize processes and costs. Also, will need to review/issue all relevant shipping documents and send to the respective contacts.

Strong communication and proactive problem-solving are key components of this role.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and understanding of Import & Export processes
• Analytical Skills to analyze data, improve processes, and solve logistical challenges effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex operations and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with logistics software and tools is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Familiarity with global trade regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage
