Supply Chain Planner

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.
• New graduate or up to 5 years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively.
• Fluent in English and comfortable in a multicultural environment.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure with multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.

• Support the development and execution of production, procurement, and distribution plans to balance service, inventory, and cost.
• Manage material planning to ensure timely availability of raw materials
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers to improve delivery performance and material availability.
• Safeguard accuracy of master data and support the maintenance of planning parameters in SAP.
• Monitor supply performance KPIs and provide reporting support.
• Support launch planning for new products and phase-out activities.
