Buying Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing purchasing and replenishment activity
• Overseeing inventory accuracy and stock control
• Supporting receiving and inbound goods operations
• Managing supplier communication, shortages, substitutions, and delivery issues
• Working closely with operations and production teams daily
• Monitoring waste, stock discrepancies, and inventory issues
• Supporting process improvements across supply chain and inventory practices
• Leading a small receiving/procurement support team
• Helping create structure, accountability, and consistency across the function - building the system!

This is a highly operational business.

Things move quickly. Priorities change. Deliveries run late. Production still needs to run.

The successful person will be someone comfortable operating in environments where urgency, communication, and attention to detail are important.
