Role Overview

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst is responsible for end-to-end logistics, inventory, and

order operations, including inbound and outbound shipment coordination, inventory

control, backorder management, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams,

customers, vendors, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound & Inbound Logistics Management:

* Coordinate outbound shipments, provide shipment notifications, track deliveries, and

obtain PODs.

* Investigate and resolve transit issues including delays, damage, and missing items.

* Monitor inbound air and ocean shipments, coordinate customs clearance, and arrange

timely pickup and delivery.

* Coordinate cross-border shipments and required documentation.

* Manage backorders, track ETAs, and coordinate fulfillment once materials are available.

* Perform inventory reviews, identify variances, and provide corrective action plans.

Project & Commissioning Logistics:

* Coordinate commissioning and rework project spare parts deliveries aligned with project

schedules.

* Arrange special loading equipment and container returns as required.

Reporting & Inquiry Management:

* Maintain accurate records in Airtable and related systems.

* Prepare weekly and monthly operational and inventory reports.

* Respond to internal and external inquiries related to orders, inventory, and deliveries.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

* 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.

* Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Experience working with 3PLs, freight carriers, and cross-functional teams.

* Language:
Bilingual Mandarin (Required)

Preferred Skills

* Experience with international shipping and trade compliance

* Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience with SAP, Cargowise, Airtable software
