Supply Chain Manager tosupport our growing
Modular Data Center (MDC)business. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless planning, sourcing, and delivery of components and systemsrequiredto build and deploy modular data center solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background insupplychainoperations within technical environments (e.g., data centers, construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects) and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
Whatyou’lldo- Develop and executesupplychainstrategies tosupport MDC manufacturing and deployment
- Manage end-to-endsupplychainactivities, including
procurement,logistics, inventory, and supplier performance - Build andmaintainstrong relationships with
vendors, manufacturers, andlogisticspartners - Ensuretimelysourcing and delivery of critical components (mechanical, electrical, and structural systems)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with
engineering, operations, and project management teams - Identify and mitigatesupplyrisks, including
lead times, cost fluctuations, andsupplycontinuity - Drive cost optimization initiatives whilemaintainingquality and reliability standards
- Track and report keysupplychain
KPIs (on-time delivery, cost savings,supplier performance) - Support contract negotiations and vendor selection processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and company policies
- Bachelor’s degree in
Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field - 5+ years of experience insupplychain, procurement, or operations
- Experience supporting
data center, modular construction, manufacturing, or industrial projects
preferred - Strong understanding of
globalsupplychains,logistics, and procurement processes - Proven ability to manage multiplesuppliers and complex project timelines
- Experience working with
ERP systems andsupplychaintools - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
