Export Customer Account Rep

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Export Customer Account Rep for a direct hire opportunity in the Clear Lake area of Houston, TX, near the University of Houston Clear Lake campus and the Bay Port Industrial area. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented export customer service professional with strong SAP, order entry, shipping, distribution, and international logistics experience.

The Export Customer Account Rep will support the full export order process, from purchase order review and sales order entry through shipment coordination, tracking, and communication with internal teams and external logistics partners. This position offers the opportunity to work in a structured corporate environment with collaborative teams, supportive leadership, and steady interaction across customer service, logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, and supply chain functions.

• Process export purchase orders from international agents, customers, and related business entities, ensuring accurate sales order creation in SAP.
• Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders, warehouses, carriers, and internal departments to support timely movement of goods.
• Review order details, pallet requirements, shipment procedures, and export documentation needs to prepare orders for shipment.
• Monitor, track, and trace export containers and shipments while keeping key personnel informed of order status.
• Follow established export processes and maintain accuracy during high-volume data entry and transactional workloads.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues at all levels and across multiple departments to resolve order, inventory, shipping, and delivery questions.

• Pay range: $27 to $32 per hour.
