Position: Supply Chain Analyst - IB4
A Supply Chain Analyst involves overseeing and optimizing the movement of goods and services from suppliers to customers. Key responsibilities include managing procurement, inventory, and logistics, while also analyzing data to identify process improvements, forecasting demand, and resolving supply chain issues. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to ensure efficiency and responsiveness.

Core responsibilities
  • Procurement:
Purchasing materials and managing supplier relationships, including negotiating prices and delivery terms.
  • Inventory management:
Monitoring stock levels, organizing storage, and maintaining optimal inventory to meet demand while controlling costs.
  • Logistics and distribution:
Coordinating the transportation, warehousing, and delivery of goods to ensure they arrive on time and in the right place.
  • Process optimization:
Analyzing supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and using software to track and manage operations.
  • Demand forecasting:
Predicting customer demand and adjusting supply chain activities to meet it, as well as responding to sudden changes.
  • Problem-solving:
Troubleshooting issues within the supply chain, such as shipment delays or order fulfillment problems.

  • Education:
A bachelor's degree in a related field like business or economics is often required.
