Texas Truck Center is actively seeking a parts manager to fill our parts-service position. The ideal candidate will have a take-charge attitude, strong research, and organizational skills. This is a full-time position, Monday
- Friday, 8am-5pm. If you are that dependable individual with strong organization skills, the ability to communicate well with supervisor and peers, the ability to multi-task and follow-through with all tasks assigned, we welcome you to join the Texas Truck Center family!

- Effectively communicating with peers and supervisors
- Oversee and manage stock parts inventory.
- Accurately order, receive, and distribute all parts in a timely manner.
- Assist with technical data and research.
- Process high volume of parts promptly and accurately while maintaining a low cost.
- Inspection of parts for accuracy and quality; quickly resolve issues related to damaged or incorrect parts.
- Manage invoices / credits / receivables related to parts. Process paperwork and turn it in daily.
- Daily follow-up on missing parts and delivery deadlines to complete all orders.
- Prepare purchase requisitions by verifying specifications and price.
- Obtain recommendations from suppliers for substitute items.
- Establish strong vendor relationships and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Ability to collaborate cohesively with people regardless of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or job type.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area.
- Daily shop and lot maintenance.
- Order parts through proper channels and vendors!
- Proper and organized storage of received parts.
- Assist supervisor with any necessary tasks.
- Bilingual is always a plus.
- Keep information accessible by sorting, organizing, and filing in a timely efficient manner.
Your normal scheduled work hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
