Supply Chain Coordinator – Houston, TX (On-Site) About Our Client:

Our client is a rapidly growing beverage manufacturing company specializing in coffee, tea, and beverage solutions. Operating from SQF-certified facilities, they serve major retailers, convenience stores, food service providers, airlines, and hospitality organizations across North America.

• Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000

• Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Book freight with carriers and negotiate rates to optimize costs.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and generate operational reports.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Finance.
• Troubleshoot logistics issues and proactively resolve bottlenecks to keep shipments moving.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Experience with ERP, warehouse, or manufacturing systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory valuation, costing, and BOM maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
