Buyer​/Planner

Key Activities and Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules including activities, timelines, and dependencies.
• Define milestones, critical paths, and resource requirements.
• Track progress and update forecasts based on actual performance.
• Identify and address schedule risks or delays.
• Maintain schedules as scope evolves.
• Source suppliers and obtain competitive bids.
• Negotiate and issue purchase orders.
• Expedite orders and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve issues.
• Support supplier performance and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for vendor issues.
• Actively adhere to company policies, including but not limited to the Code of Conduct, Anti‑Bribery, QHSE policies, procedures and processes.
• Ensure objectives set under Employee Development Plan are met.

• 3–5+ years experience in planning, scheduling, or procurement.
• Experience in manufacturing‑based environments preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP and/or TRACS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of procurement and supplier management.
• Satisfactory results of pre‑employment screening (ie background check, drug/alcohol test).
