Harris County is seeking a Buyer to optimize supply chain management and manage supplier relationships in Houston, TX. This full-time role involves sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing essential goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and negotiation skills, along with experience in procurement. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, resolving procurement issues, and ensuring compliance. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Prior purchasing experience is preferred.
