We’re growing our team and looking for an Import Specialist I — someone who’s detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and ready to build a career in international logistics.
What you’ll do:- Manage daily import operations and shipment milestones
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation
- Coordinate with carriers, brokers, vendors, and customers
- Support cost‑effective, on‑time delivery solutions
- Build strong relationships across the supply chain
- Experience in international transportation or freight forwarding
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Cargo Wise a plus!)
