Position: Customs Engineer (A Group SCM Building2')-Houston,TX

Purpose of the Position

Responsible for import/export customs declaration, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations to ensure efficient and compliant international trade activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage import and export customs declarations for raw materials, equipment, and finished goods.
  • Maintain customs account management, audit preparation, and compliance documentation in accordance with local and international trade regulations.
  • Handle equipment and instrument classification, customs registration, and related import/export licensing requirements.
  • Coordinate after-sales logistics operations, including shipment tracking, return management, and customer support activities.
  • Arrange air, maritime, and land transportation while optimizing logistics efficiency and controlling transportation costs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, planning, warehouse, manufacturing, and finance to support smooth supply chain operations.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely customs clearance to meet production and customer delivery requirements.
  • Work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities to resolve customs or logistics issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for logistics processes, trade compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Education and Work Experience

    College Degree and above and with 1-3 years work experience.
