Onsite schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6am – 4pm. Overtime based on business needs. Monthly weekend rotation is required. Remote – the role allows majority of time from an alternate workplace. Field‑based – expect majority of time at customer facilities with travel within a set boundary. Hybrid – a mix of remote and onsite work with an agreed percentage of onsite time.
- Compile and inspect incoming and outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage.
- Inspect products and record damaged, defective, shortages, movement of, and expired products using computer systems.
- Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Confer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries.
- Investigate customer complaints and track service levels/problem‑solve any discrepancies.
- Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g., loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments).
- Organize, retrieve, or place goods from/into stock received via multiple sources.
- 2+ years' experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Meet all customer credentialing requirements.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend and evening call as needed.
- Participate in on‑call rotation schedule.
- Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding and fast‑paced environment.
- $25.10 per hour, plus bonus eligible.
