Fluence is seeking a Vice President, Global Planning to lead the end-to-end planning organization, aligning demand, supply, inventory, and capacity across the enterprise. You will own IBP, S&OP, and inventory strategy to optimize working capital and supply chain performance.
The role partners with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Program Management, and Commercial teams, guiding executive reviews and driving continuous improvement across planning capabilities.
