** What You'll Be Doing
*** Schedule and dispatch ready-mix deliveries to meet customer timelines and job site requirements
* Communicate with drivers, plant teams, and customers to coordinate efficient delivery routes
* Monitor orders and adjust schedules in real time to address changes or delays
* Maintain accurate order entry, delivery tickets, and dispatch records
* Support a culture of safety by reinforcing safe work practices and compliance

*** Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to problem-solve and make timely, sound decisions
* Proficiency with dispatch systems and general computer applications
* High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and customer service
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
** Work Environment
** This role is based in a plant or office setting with frequent interaction with drivers and operations teams. The position may involve flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on business needs.
