The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers in the successful planning and execution of shipping and logistics projects. This role serves as a vital link to ensure shipments are completed on time and within scope. • Assist Project Managers in planning and executing shipping and logistics projects.
• Track project data, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare project reports and status updates for internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, departments, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress and highlight any risks or issues to Project Managers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project.
• Support coordination of resources, shipments, and logistics activities as required.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in project coordination or logistics support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Office-based role with interaction across internal teams and external partners.
• May involve coordination with shipping, logistics, and operational departments.
• Requires monitoring and tracking of ongoing projects and shipments.
