* Job Description:

*** Create and manage purchase orders to meet inventory and repair requirements
* Resolve purchase order discrepancies and source reliable vendors for goods and services
* Receive and inspect incoming deliveries; update inventory management software accordingly
* Maintain optimal stock levels by establishing and monitoring minimum/maximum thresholds for consumables and repairables
* Coordinate closely with the Supply Lead to support timely procurement for scheduled maintenance activities
* Conduct physical inventory cycle counts and ensure system accuracy
* Procure tooling, support equipment, and materials necessary for ongoing aircraft maintenance
* Maintain calibrated tooling and equipment in a ready-to-use state
* Handle local delivery and pickup of repaired components
* Prepare and manage outbound shipments efficiently
* Ensure advance ordering of supplies to support uninterrupted facility operations
* Oversee and maintain inventory control programs and software systems
