Job SummaryPrepares and compiles documents required by federal government for discharge of foreign cargo at domestic port to serve as intermediary between importers, merchant shipping companies, airlines, railroads, trucking companies, pipeline operators, and the United States Customs Service by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisor.
Essential Functions- Act as focal point of contact for existing and new customers
- Daily arrangement of customs clearance, and monitor the customs brokers daily procedure & reports
- Implement SOP perfectly to meet customer specific requirements
- Work with Coordinator/Documentation in terms of system data entry and checking
- Invoice preparation, cost checking and presentation, job checking and closing
- Support manager to meet with customer for better communication, efficient cooperation, or removing misunderstandings
- Complete other related jobs assigned by the team leader
- Minimum (3) years of relevant experience.
- A college degree is required.
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills and a strong attention to detail are required.
- Teamwork ability is strongly desired.
- Familiarity with customs clearance procedures both in import and export.
- Knowledge of import and export procedures.
- Knowledge of customs policy.
- Good Microsoft Office skills in Excel and Word.
- Ability to learn various computer programs.

Compensation based on experience.
