Procurement Agent

• Issue RFQs/RFPs for assigned categories and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, delivery terms, and specifications.
• Expedite orders to meet operational timelines.
• Maintain and develop supplier relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance related to cost, quality, and on‑time delivery.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and delivery issues.
• Support cost reduction initiatives through competitive bidding and negotiation.
• Conduct price benchmarking and total cost analysis.
• Partner with operations teams to understand material/service requirements.
• Analyze spend data to identify trends and sourcing opportunities.
• Track market trends, supply risks, and cost drivers to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Support inventory management efforts to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Other duties as assigned.

• FQ/RFP development and evaluation.
• Purchase‑to‑pay process management.
• Spend analysis and cost modeling.
• Expert/Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and comprehension).
• Highly motivated and energetic with a proven ability to work in a fast‑paced and continually changing environment.
• Ability to operate independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to work with technical and non‑technical staff at all levels.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and adaptability.

• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components.
• Sitting for extended periods of time.
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• Attendance and presence at work‑site is an expectation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or 3PL environment preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar P2P platforms).

• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
